Q. Is it possible to pick me up at any places?

Yes, please let us know the place and time.

Q. Are there mosquitoes and other insects in your place?

Due to our rich nature, yes. However we have 10 kinds of measures against them. We promise you that The Beige can provide you more comfortable time than city.

Q. Do you have air conditioners in the rooms?

All tents have well-working air conditioners. Rooms besides the river have two air conditioners.

Q. How far in advance can I book a room?

You can book a room 6 months ahead.

Q. I would like to know about the cancellation policy.

No cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled 14 days before the intended check-in day. After the day we will fully charge.

Q. How far is Angkor Wat, the city, and the airport from the hotel?

15 mins to Angkor Wat, 30 mins to the city and 20 mins to the airport.

Q. We would like to check in early.

Our check-in time is 2pm, check-out is 12pm but please let us know your request. We will comply with your request as much as possible.

Q. Can I apply for a visa at an airport in Cambodia?

Yes, you can get an arrival visa.

What you need to apply for an arrival visa
•A passport that is valid for at least six months and has at least one blank page.
•A passport-size photo. If you don’t have this, you can pay a $2 fee and they will scan the photo from your passport.

You can apply for an arrival visa at the Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville airports. You do not need to do anything in advance, but you will be given the Passenger’s Declaration and Arrival/Departure Card on the plane. Please fill these in before you land. When you arrive at the airport, you can get in line on arrival with your passport photos, cash in US dollars ($30), and passport.
