SIEM REAP WETHER
DESCRIPTION
Siem Reap, Cambodia, ranked No. 1 in Asia for the second consecutive year. The only gorgeous Luxury tent resort in the center of Angkor enclosed by rich nature and history.
A. Cambodia is a tropical country with an average daytime temperature of above 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year. As the sunlight is also very strong, we recommend that you adopt measures to protect yourself from its harmful effects such as avoiding direct sunlight. The entire year is roughly divided into the rainy season and the dry season. The dry season lasts from November to May, in which time humidity is low and rainfall is sparse. The period from June to October is the rainy season, and you can expect squalls with intermittent heavy rainfall. If you are visiting in the rainy season, we recommend that you plan an itinerary that allows for more flexibility.
A. Clothes that are easier to move around in such as short-sleeved shirts and shorts are recommended as the temperature in Cambodia is above 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year. However, it is useful to prepare a light cardigan for protection against sunlight, which you can also wear in air-conditioned locations like restaurants. Hats and sunglasses are also useful accessories to have. We also recommend that you dress more conservatively and not expose too much skin as you may be prohibited from entering tourist attractions such as ruins and temples. In particular, both men and women should dress such that their shoulders and knees are not exposed.
A. Cambodia’s official currency is the Riel, but foreign tourists can use US dollars to make their purchases anywhere across the country. It is useful to bring along notes of lower denominations. Credit cards are not commonly accepted in Cambodia.
A. We encourage you to learn more about Cambodia from books and websites before your trip so that you will enjoy your time in Cambodia even more. Reference link

A. Our hotel is located amidst a rich natural environment, but we have planted lemongrass, set up coconut traps, and used other organic insect repellent products as well as blue lights as part of our extensive efforts to keep insects away. Many guests have remarked that they are surprised at how few mosquitoes they encounter and that there are fewer insects at THE BEIGE than in the city.
